Another page from my buddy Rich's book "Bubbles from Atlantis" due out sometime in Feb. This amazing book documents the truths about Post Katrina New Orleans from the eyes of a long time resident, journalist and someone who came back just a week after the storm hit to rebuild his home and his booze habit....
NOTE: The story behind the phrase: The racist graffiti appears on a wall opposing a busstop that poor, black post Katrina workers faced everyday. This chapter in the book deals with the racial insensitivities that occur on a daily basis, even when it's after a tragedy...
